Always being passionate about health promotion, supporting and developing sustainable communities and woman's health, Tsu Shan quickly expanded her vision from her home-based business to create Yin Health as we know it - a much needed, all encompassing wellness centre for women and their families of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Tsu Shan is a qualified yoga teacher, healing therapist, licensed Avatar Master and also a qualified Optometrist (Honours UNSW graduate). She has completed a Masters of Public Health with distinction standing, specifically in the areas of self-efficacy and the link with gratitude.  Tsu Shan also holds a post-graduate certification in Learning and Teaching.

Prior to founding Yin Health, Tsu Shan has worked across 10 countries in the Asia Pacific Region as an Health Educator for an International NGO, was a senior executive manager for a retail optical chain managing stores across 3 states and 2 territories in Australia and founded a successful home-based business that was sought after and bought by an International optical company where she then became a joint-venture partner and Managing Director of a recruitment business.

Tsu Shan has volunteered around the world and within Australia and has won numerous awards from a very young age. This includes Young Australian of the Year Semi-finalist for Community Service, Young Territorian of the Year, and the Northern Territory Young Achievers Award for Community Service at only 23 years of age.

Now, a mother of two beautiful young children, she lives to create a loving, joyous and peaceful world for women, mothers, mums-to-be and their families. Establishing Yin Health is a continuation of this journey.
