Particularly in women we may also see energy levels relating to blood – iron deficiency and anaemia (Xue or blood) arise if stressed for an extended period of time.
Each person has different influences in terms of dietary, environment, genetics, physical structure and emotional pre-disposition, hence treatment is always tailored to suit the patient’s individual state of health.
Chinese medicine uses Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and dietary advice to restore and rebuild the foundations whilst creating calm and ‘time out’ to balance the ongoing stress – the Yin for the Yang.
