Gentle exercise to promote core stability, postural realignment, regain fitness, advice and exercise to promote good bladder and bowel function, exercise for a flat tummy, relieve local pain in neck/back/pelvic region, relaxation, baby massage and handling techniques.

GP

Post-natal checks, baby checks.

Naturopath

To assist with weight loss, ensure adequate milk production, boost your energy levels and assist with good nutrition post-birth.

Chiropractor

Aids in realigning the body post pregnancy, helps milk production, hormone balance, increases energy levels and helps with sleeping.

Massage or Beauty

Give yourself some much needed nurturing and time out for you. Relieve neck and back strain caused by holding your baby and nursing for many hours of your day (and night!), reduce post natal depression and promote the rehabilitation of abdominal skin, muscles and organs.
