Integrative Mental Health Package

This includes the following practitioners working together with you:

Psychologist or Holistic Counsellor

-Seek formal assistance for any recognised mental health issues (anxiety, depression, overwhelming grief…). GP mental health care plan may be available for Psychologist services to obtain Medicare rebates.

- Empower yourself to access your own source of wisdom and wellbeing clearing mental and emotional blocks, activating processes of healing and self-empowerment with our Holistic Counsellor.

GP

- General health screen for identified or other (non-identified) biological presenting problems, blood tests, cholesterol, blood pressure, iron and nutrient intake, thyroid (if relevant).

Naturopath

- Review diet. A well-oiled body is like a well-oiled car…look at energy intake vs output. Emotional disturbance often leads to under indulgence or overindulgence behaviours in relation to intake of food or other substances.

Chiropractor

- Aids in realigning the body and maintaining wellness during peak body demands, hormone balance, increases energy levels and helps with sleeping.

Massage

- Regular massage can help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression by causing the body to release many therapeutic mood and health enhancing chemicals – it increases dopamine and serotonin (the feel-good chemicals) and reduces the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline.

Yoga and Dance

- Exercise and relaxation – releases feel good hormones, endorphins which naturally combat the signs of depression and assist with energy creation.
