Information on each child being cared for in Creche such as name, age and address,
contact details in case of emergency, details on any medical or health concerns,

permission to allow medical treatment in an emergency;

Information obtained to assist in managing client and business relationships;

As part of registering with Yin Health, information may be voluntarily supplied through on-line forms and email for specific purposes in order for you to take full advantage of Yin Health’s services. Registration is free and completely optional.

Purposes for which We Hold Personal Information

We primarily hold personal information for the following:

Class participation
Practitioner/Doctor consultations;
Participation in workshops or courses
Care of children
Mothers Groups and other affiliated support Groups Training;

We may disclose your personal information for the purposes for which it is primarily held or for a related secondary purpose. In some cases we may only disclose information with your consent.
